1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and FORGEFACTORY LTD., a Bulgarian limited liability company (UIC 208837343) with registered office at 20 Livada Str., entr. A, fl. 1, apt. 1, 1618 Sofia, Ovcha Kupel district, Bulgaria, operating under the trading brand "ForgeFactory". By accessing or using the ForgeFactory website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
ForgeFactory provides custom forged aluminum wheel design, manufacturing, and delivery services. All wheels are made to order — no stock products are sold.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipping. All prices are quoted in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Production and Delivery
Typical production time is 8-12 weeks from deposit receipt. Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to force majeure or shipping carriers are not our liability.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Cancellations after production begins forfeit the deposit.
6. Warranty
We warrant our wheels against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Cosmetic damage from use, curb impacts, or improper installation is not covered.
