1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ForgeFactory website ("forgefactory.shop"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services

ForgeFactory provides fully custom forged aluminum wheels manufactured to individual customer specifications. All wheels are made to order — we do not carry stock inventory. Our website allows you to browse our gallery, learn about our process, and submit custom wheel requests.

3. Custom Orders

• Submitting a custom request form does not constitute a binding order. It is an inquiry that begins a conversation about your requirements.
• A binding order is created only after both parties agree on specifications, pricing, and delivery timeline, confirmed in writing (email or other written communication).
• All custom wheels are manufactured to your exact specifications. Due to their bespoke nature, completed custom orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the agreed-upon specifications.
• Pricing is provided on a per-project basis and depends on design complexity, size, finish, and other factors.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Payment terms will be communicated individually for each order. A deposit may be required before manufacturing begins.
• Cancellations are accepted before manufacturing has started. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to fees covering materials and work already completed.
• We will communicate clearly at each stage before any non-refundable commitment is made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided with your quote.
• Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We will keep you informed of progress and any delays.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We recommend inspecting your shipment upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.

6. Warranty

ForgeFactory wheels are manufactured to high standards using 6061-T6 forged aluminum. We stand behind our products and provide a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper installation, misuse, road hazards, or normal wear and tear. Specific warranty terms will be communicated with your order confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ForgeFactory and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. User-Submitted Content

When you submit photos or other content through our forms, you grant ForgeFactory a non-exclusive right to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We will not use your submitted photos for marketing or other purposes without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForgeFactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We strive to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Governing Law
