Forged With Purpose
ForgeFactory was born from a simple belief: every car deserves wheels that match its owner's ambition. We don't mass-produce. We craft each set to your exact specification.
Our Story
It started with frustration. Off-the-shelf wheels that never quite fit right. Colors that were close, but not what we envisioned. Sizes limited to what was already in warehouses.
We partnered directly with forging facilities that share our obsession with precision. Every ForgeFactory wheel begins as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum — the same alloy used in aircraft and racing. Under immense pressure, the grain structure aligns, creating a wheel that's lighter, stronger, and more durable than anything from a mold.
Today, we serve enthusiasts across Europe who refuse to compromise. From daily drivers to track machines, every build tells a story — and it starts with the right wheels.
The Forging Process
Billet Forging
6061-T6 aluminum billet is heated and pressed under 10,000 tonnes of force. The grain structure aligns with the wheel's shape, maximizing strength.
CNC Machining
Multi-axis CNC machines carve the final design with sub-millimeter precision. Every spoke, every surface, exact to specification.
Quality Testing
Impact testing, fatigue testing, and radial load testing ensure every wheel exceeds safety standards before finishing.
Finishing
Powder coat, paint, or machine finish. Each wheel receives multiple layers of protection and is individually inspected before shipping.
