Forged wheels for track

On track the wheel is loaded harder than almost any other part of the car. It spins, carries the lateral load in every corner and sits centimetres from a brake running past 500 °C. We forge track wheels from solid 6061-T6 billet, with no excess material.

Rotating mass

You pay for wheel mass twice: once to push it forward and again to spin it up. A lighter wheel means quicker acceleration, shorter stops and suspension that follows the road better.

Stiffness

Forged material is dense, without casting porosity. The wheel doesn't flex under full cornering load, so the tyre works with the geometry you set up.

Durability

Kerbs, heat, thousands of load cycles. A forged 6061-T6 wheel takes more cycles to fatigue than a cast one, and under a hard hit it bends instead of cracking.

Brake clearance

We design spokes and offset around your brake system, including big-brake calipers and FF-D3000 two-piece discs.

BMW M, Mercedes-AMG, Audi RS

The cars we see most on Bulgarian tracks. Fitment for them is verified.

Wheel and brake are designed together

If you're changing brakes too, tell us in the request. We check the wheel against the exact disc diameter and caliper.
