FF-P1
Pads for road and track days
High friction from cold, steady at any speed.
FF-P1 is for a car that gets driven hard on the road and sees a few track days a season. The compound grips from cold, μ 0.47 at 40 °C, and barely reacts to speed: from 40 to 200 km/h friction stays between 0.60 and 0.50. Predictable pedal from the first stop of the morning. Available in OEM size for the stock caliper or for aftermarket calipers (Brembo, AP Racing, Alcon and others).

Friction vs temperature

- Track days, short sessions
- Mountain roads and passes
When it is not the right choice
Above 300 °C friction drops towards 0.35. Fast road driving and short sessions rarely take the discs there. For full 20-minute sessions in a heavy, powerful car, take FF-P2.
